Tan skin is ingrained in the human mind as a sign of health and vigor. Sun bathing and indoor tanning has become a habit for millions of people every year. Surprisingly, most people know the skin cancer risk of the sun, but sunbathe anyway. One way to keep the glow, but lose the risk is the use of self tanning products.

Pharmacies are so well stocked with probiotic food supplements that one is drawn to the conclusion that there must be a lot of people with problems digesting their food. They need foods with probiotics. The question arises of whether this has always been the case, or whether the public has just become better informed of the need for extra gut bacteria that keep the digestive process functioning as it should.

They perform this action by causing the increased production of melanin, a pigment in the epidermal layer of the skin. This pigment is responsible for skin color and the more of it you have, the darker your skin will be.
